Permission-Management

The permission-managent handles the additions & removals of user specific permissions.

There are permissions for each module (e.g. Project-Module: CREATE, VIEW, EDIT, DELETE).
The permissions can be added global (granted for all global actions) or on project-level
(The permission is only granted for this specific project. E.g. ``VIEW`` for Project "Foo"
but ``VIEW & EDIT`` for Project "Bar").
